We tried to get a towing reimbursement from Triple A when we forgot to use our Premium Card and paid cash for a tow instead. They not only refused, but lied to us about how to file a complaint. It took me 3 weeks to finally get a supervisor and he just blew me off. They couldn't care less about their customers.

Did you follow the guidelines for reimbursement? http://www.aaa-calif.com/mem/auto/ers.aspx#reimbThis would include things such as having an itemized receipt that lists the member's name, vehcile and the services provided. 

If you did then what was the reason they stated they were rejecting your claim?
