Autosales reposessed a car that I paid on and they did not pay the bank Phoenix Arizona

We made payment to the Co. untill one day the original owner who was not getting payed had my car reposessed.
I wnt to their office and there were at least 20 people there ready to hang them.
2 years later I found the same Co. in buisnes at a differant location and I called the Banks that were so upset at the beginning now told me that as long as this new Co. owned by the same two people was making the payments they would have no reason to do anything.
A classic case mof not wanting to get involved!
