CONSUMER BEWARE !!!!!! Yes there service sounds good - but after they get you in they own you , we had purchaseda 2002 Durango from a dealership in Lancaster Pa. and had to go thru them .

It started back when we tried to get financing but since we where in a chapter 13 had limited options they come off as a finance company but it is really a leasing company which requires you to carry very high insurance  (if we would not have needed a good vehicle at that thime would have told them to pound sand) anyhow when we went to sign the paperwork they said that thewarranty was bumper to bumper for the 36 month lease ( WRONG ! ) .

We paid for all the repair bills when I called them and talked to Karen she said that they will pay the bills but will attach them to the end of the lease and we had to pay the first $500.00 upfront.

Then we have a signed contract and at the end of the lease our buyout was to be $2508.00 but ended up $2608.00 then on top of this we had to pay a additional $548.00 to get the title of which they refused to send to me and would only send to a authorized title center.

Now about the $548.00 in Jan 2010 when the buy out was signed we where told by Denise Koch that it was included in the $2608.00 and would be no more charges well lets just say that they have no idea about their own company , because we started getting harrassing calls from different people asking us to make more that schedule payments so they could get the numbers up for the month when we refused they threatened us with repo.

Then into the picture pops Sondra Jones who tells me that the $548.00 is for the taxes on the $2608.00 and that they have no record of me talking to Denise about this and that Denise was no longer with them, one problem with this my payments includes the sales tax all the way thru the lease .

When we did pay the $ 548.00 I askedfor the title to be sent to a dealer close to my home Sonja said that they could not do this and I would need to drive back to Lancaster ( 60 miles ) to get the title and again pay more money to get it .

Now I get a email from Robin asking me where to send the title to for final process I was really pissed at this point and went off the deep end - now we have to drive 60 miles to get our title and pay more "fees " to get away from them .

Didn't you sign a contract with them when you purchased the Durango? The fee's should be specified in detail in the contract. If the contract does not require these fees, then you ought to get your title then sue them in small claims for damages. You should be able to prove the damages because you have evidence of payments exceeding what the contract required (if that's the case). Make sure to bring a record of all the emails and other correspondence too.
