This Company is notorious for discrimination and unfair practices throughout the US. Unfortunately, they are high barrier to access communities and they are buying up Orange County. There are also several complaints throughout southern california and unfortunately no one is willing to cure these reprehensible acts for the basic need of affordable housing and the corporate duty of fair dealing.
