Avant Garde Engineering and Construction AKA LECC owned by Cenor Lundi from Haiti is an outright fraud.  Cenor is running a ponzi scheme in which he bids low to get the contract and takes a large sum up front.  He seduces with a big friendly smile and has every intention of robbing innocent people blind.
He then sends illegals with almost no tools, food or water to do demolition.  They cause damage to areas they are not supposed to touch.  He left my house precariously with supporting structure removed requested more money claiming he wrote the contract wrong.  
Trash is not removed, trash disposal company is not paid, any framing work is done in total violation of code as cheap as possible.  Any subs or workers hired are owed money from him and know they will not get paid at all if they walk.  They are all caught up in the scheme.
Cenor does not pull or pay for permits.  
The home owner watches helplessly as months go by with no one working or there may be one lonely worker for a few hours per week to give an impression that work is being done. 
The town officials begin to fine the homeowner for failing to make repairs.
You will have to fine new homeowners insurance when they become impatient.  
The minute the homeowner becomes upset, he stops any work, things are stolen from the house and he does not return calls and you will be told he is away in Haiti.
There are currently 7 other homeowners held hostage with work incomplete and out of money.
Cenor Lundi and his secretary are a total disgrace.
