Avas Flowers Terrible service/delivery/price Nationwide
Order placed online for flowers for my gf for Mother's Day May 6th to be delivered May 8th before 4pm because she was leaving work at 4:30 for a week's worth of vacation and would not be there after that. They did not deliver it by 4pm, I called at 4:30pm and they said they would deliver them to our home by 7pm that night which they never did, this morning between my gf and I we spent over 2 hours on the phone with them trying to get a refund for the non delivered item to which they offered a 50% refund for an item we never got. They said oh they'll be delivered today which we clearly told them several times that she was no longer at work and that they already screwed up twice and we were not taking the chance with them screwing it up again. They disconnected the call several times and refused to refund any money for an item that was not delivered to its personal destination. Avas Flowers is terrible Do not under any circumstances use them they will only take your money and never deliver your products.
