This loan was closed in 1995, but still shows on my credit report. This was a loan for a house, we had to let it go, but this house was sold. Therefore I do not feel it should still be on my report.

Talk to the better Business Bureau in your area about it. That would show up as past credit experience, but, it shouldn't be current. The BBB can and will launch an investigation into the matter
