Medical records are not locked and secured. Another comany is in the same office and employees of that company have access.
Nurses are bottom of the barrel and have performed medical functions they are not liscensed to perform.
Reports required by the stae for certification, which are supposed to be signed by a supervising RN have been signed and filed by someone with no medical background.
Compnay wishes to slow process of healing so they can keep clients.
Clients are ripped off on billing who are not Medicare/Medicaid based.
At all cost to your loved ones stay away from this company......
