when I met Karina tapia in 2005 she was a real state assistant licences in a company name Real state Executive I didn't know that it was illegal what she was doing selling houses, showing properties fulltime job Just like a real state person but with no licences, she was working using sergio herrera real state number. Before I purchase my house & I asked a lot questions & she looks like she knew a lot. and she even work on the loan toothis is in 2005. Now on 2007 my house keep going up and up,after 2years. so I call the bank and they said my property tax is the one going up. so I call her and I just wanted to know why she did't diclaim about property tax will go up after 2 years but I have no answer.

we refinance with her on 2006 and she make a mistake on our loan, we cath the mistake on time but we ready recieved our cash out, and she said you need to return the money so I can fixed the loan, So I sign a check for the amount of 8,000,& I give her 2,000 in cash and I never see her again. everytime I call they never answer their phone, but her husband send me a letter saying that they will pay one day. and please stop calling their house or they will send me to jail for harrassment.

I don't think is fair that I'm paying for money I never spend. and she new that I was going to used the money to pay my school. she ruined my dream. the only thing I want her is to put my loan back to 285,000. my loan now is 307,000 because I ready pay 3,000 in one year. I purchased my house for 285,000 in 2005 and after I refinance with her was 310,000 so please help me, I need advice and I do anything to put my house back like it was before and to me its fair that she need to put all the fees that she charge me back to my loan.

now doing work as forensic audting servece and pushing people to use their lawyer their cost 1350.00 lawyer 2000.00 postage 200.00 7 months later still nothing if you need a forensic make sure it a certfied report you can use in court, they will give you nothing for court and eat all your food cuz they won't leave just beware the do not have a lic in lancaster ,ca only palmdale along with that you see a lewtter from the mayor for god knows what

If you had to do anything make sure you do it with accuracy, truthfulness, fairness, understanding and most importantly do it using Grey matter.

Anyway let me help you bring back old memories before we take this further, I am so glad you brought this up for everyone's fair judgment. Let's take it from the top, read it very carefully and answer accordingly. Fair?

There is no denial that we owe you guys. As a matter of fact there is also no denying of the effort to find means to cover that debt. In case you forgot what we sent you with all pertinent documentation for you to file a mechanics lien on whatever we got, right? YES or NO. - question #1

Only a court order can do that.

Avenue S Lending was originally made with the idea of Jerome (another "so" called freind, remember you have multiple emails from him) of White Plains , New York to "be" a branch of A Apex Mortgage. We were very excited for the fact that maybe we can make a difference by originating loans that fall within Underwriting standards. After our significant human experience with your loan- please describe with the above aforementioned criteria how it ended from fixed to adjustable to what you have NOW. Also DO NOT FORGET any related individual, what they did, how they handled things, and the number of months it took to achieve the amendment of your loan. In case you forgot I only had to work on it for only 5 months. I have documented proof of everything I did to get your loan the way it was supposed to be, right. Yes or No?- question #2

Was the loan amended after all that exhaustive effort? Did Jerome ( A Apex- your broker , Clarice- your interviewer) as well as Roger (Virtual Bank- your lender) performed as promise? Did Jerome give you back his undisclosed Yield Spread Premium?- questions #3,#4,#5 ($11,000.00 correct the figure if I am wrong)- question #6

Why do you think you only received $500.00 from us since we made a personal loan with you? Did you know where it came from?
Maybe, had we not turned against Jerome (A Apex Mortgage) from finding we will be doing loans like yours then maybe you could have not only been paid off but would still consider us "friends" or how Mke your hubby goes "family" in an email sent to me after you signed the so called amended loan.

You do not have to answer that. Karina and I don't want to know.

A personal loan is different from one made to lets say B of A or Master Card right? Let me tell you this, I owe a lot more to mom and dad for my conscience to kill me. If I have not done what you thought was good enough then instead of BLAH BLAH BLAH lets have a Judge Decide this all. Hows that. Fair? Yes or No- file it right away so we can get on with our lives.

On May, 2005, Karina Marquez Tapia a Real Estate assistant at Real Estate Executive showed us houses for sale. We drove in her car every where in Palmdale, California, looking for the perfect house. when we finally found the house, she made an offer on the property. After she made the offer, we went to her house and sat down and talked about the paper work.

She said that with 40,000 down, we would be able to qualify for this house and she said if you refinance your Lancaster house and pay your truck off, you can have this house. So my husband and I listened to her. She refinanced our Lancaster house and we purchased our new house. We asked her a lot questions, and one of them was, what about property tax? Will property tax go up after 2 years if we refinance and she said no, you'll be paying what ever you are paying right now. So we were happy with her answer.

A year later she told us that we needed to refinance again, because the interest rate were going up and both of our houses did not have fixed rates, so we listened to her again. And we refinanced our Lancaster house with Semiama Mortgage. She was our Loan officer, and she promised not to charges us any money she was doing all the paper work for free because we give her a lot business the year before and I was working for her, building her ads and flyers.

Karina Tapia's husband was working on our Palmdale refinance and he made a lot of mistakes on our refinance. We gave them $8,000 in check and $2,000 in cash, so he could buy points for us, but he never did. After we signed the loan the next day we look at it and it was nothing like we wanted, we call Robert and he said not to worried he will fixed and after he call us back, Robert Tapia said that it was his friend Jerome's fault, however, he will tried to fix the problem, but he couldn't.

So, until now, we don't know what to do. We were scammed by Karina & Robert Tapia.

I worked 5 hours a day plus I deliver flyers for 3 months and I was never pay.

During the time I worked for them, I heard that their new business and house in the Philippines was doing good and they were going to be able to open one more bar because they were going to get more money soon if they win their case against Montie and their Mortgage lender, they will own their house clean and clear and they will sell them and move back to the Philipines.
We are not the only ones they did this. We know more people they scammed.
