Mr. Stone has been very unprofessional everey since he got our money. To date, we've only gotten 4 clients, the last one was in May 2007. We have yet to hear from him since then. We've contacted him several times since then only to reach his answering service but he never returned any phone calls.
In June 2007, we asked for a refund of the outstanding account volumn that he hasn't fulfilled but he still hasn't contacted us. Whenever you disagree with him, he cuts you off. At this point, we probably won't get our money back or receive any additional clients.
Take your money and run. That's got to be his motto. I've never seen anything like it. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. He didn't respond to them either.
Stay clear of MemberServ USA.
