Avi & Regine Sivan Moshe Rahimi Rachimi Didn't pay me, violated contract literally and stole over 10k from me! Great Neck, New York

Avi & Regine Sivan husband and wife owners of at least 25 fictitious artificial cooked-up created deceptive fabricated that I'm aware of and more I'm not aware of hired me with a contract and after using my services they paid few times during the contract to build trust (scam artists).

After I trusted them, checks bounced few times to other employees and with a turnover of at least 1-2 office employees per week I was still numb since they really are good actors. After months of hard work building a strong foundation to his BeautyKo and IGIA businesses my turn came. First check bounced then excuses as for why I didn't get my check on time the following week but promised to still pay me through another week with promises and after 3 weeks of non-paying when my job was completed both Avi Sivan and his wife Regine Sivan came up with excuses why they aren't going to pay me. Not only the money they didn't pay for the time I worked but also money I was supposed to get before leaving based on our contract. Overall they got 110% of what they wanted but shortened me $12,600 which was my bread and butter.

By seeing how they conduct business I should have already see who I'm dealing with but this couple (Avi and Regine Sivan). Not only all companies are using the same office space and using different names but they also steal small businesses by taking money and not delivering goods. How do they do it? They have few tactics which some are very creative and can fool even the best of the business owners!

Thinking of taking them to court? You are another 1 in a million and they have a well lubricated system to handle each and every step of their frauds A-Z. I suggest you simply stay away. Yes, you should take them to court because these two and their lawyers belong in jail for all the illegal activity their doing beside not paying employees and stealing from midium-large businesses. But if you happened to read this before you do business with them (I wasn't smart enough) I suggest you simply STAY AWAY!

Only listed companies still in business yet Avi Sivan and Regine Sivan keep opening and closing companies to legaly escape millions of dollars they steal from companies! They also always keep changing office address. I know of at least 1 location they moved from in the last 3 months!
