Avi Zalman is a crook. He steels all money given to him. He is LIAR. SCAM SCAM SCAM.
DO NOT RENT OR BUY from this criminal. You will loose any money given to him.
AVI Zalman, plasim homes, d'aria demands rent before the 1st of the month, demands 3 months payment in advance so he can keep the advance months money as well.
Avi Zalman makes a living off of moving renters in and out of his home and keeping the 20,000 + in deposits from every single renter. He lies and says he will refund the $$$.
Renters in and out constanly. No one stays a full year
Workers in house constantly fixing the same electrical & water problems, very poorly built. constant problems. he has no idea what he is doing as a builder.
He cannot keep employees bc he screws them over, does not pay them on time, never reimburses the money employees.
YOU WILL REGRET RENTING or doing any business with this liar. He is not an american citizen. He sends all his money overseas!

Although we have a rebuttal from the broker/realtor who more than likely have been paid by Plasim; the complaint was about deposits being ripped off by AVi.
From first hand experience I know that Plasim does in fact attempt to cheat and defraud tenants out of their deposits. Additionally, I know first hand that the Company is violating State Statues by charging tenants 4 to 5 times what the law allows and refusing to even acknowledge receipt of deposits.
But tenants have rights:
Here are some things you can do:
1) File a rip off report here;
2) File a report at the Better Business Bureau;
3) Report clear fraud and theft to the police;
4) File a stay of action for any Court action implemented by Avi or Plasim.
5) Ask for a written receipt of all monies given or paid
6) Take a look at State laws especially : NSR 118A.250; NSR 118A.242; NSR118A.510.
7) If you receive any sort of written notice from them - note the untruths or fraud in the documents.
8) take aggressive action; this is the USA not a third world country.
Standup for your rights.
Contact me; there maybe a way to get your deposits back.

I am a real estate agent and I have completed several real estate transactions with Avi Zalman. He always pays the commissions on time. He is a very positive man and business man; all of the tenants who currently live in his beautiful properties appreciate his service and help. He follows his contracts to the letter - he is fair and honest.
