Ladies, do not be sucked in by this product!! The free trial is not all you get. You get enrolled in their "managed care" system when you order your trial - automatically. This is a system of which your credit card will be charged and product will be shipped to you approx. 5 days before you run out of your current supply. You must call ahead of the shipment to cancel or the charge will be made, in my case 70.00, and the product will be sent.
In my instance, I did not call soon enough and the charge was made before I had even had 30 days to sample the product. (which by the way states it may take 2-3 months to notice the full benefit from). I immediately asked to be removed from the program and wanted no further shipments. Here is where the problem really begins. I never, never received the product after the charge was made.
30 days after they charged to my card, I called inquiring about the shipment. I was advised by Harold in the customer service dept that there was a 60 day wait on shipments that had not been recived before I could request a refund. He asked that if I received the product in that time frame, that I keep it, to which I agreed. The 60 day date came and I called again, to request my refund for product I did not receive. I was told by Ryan, that due to the fact I had ordered from the internet, that there would be no issuance of a refund. That they would reship the product with two additional months worth and that would be all. I stated that I had been advised that I could without question request a refund. Wrong I was told.
After arguing with him for several minutes, I spoke to a supervisor named Charles. He said the same thing. Web disclaimer said no refunds what so ever after shipment, offered another product since I did not like the first one. Sorry, but I was not interested in an energy pill, orgasm booster or for me particularly as a female, the male enhancement pill. Explained that none of those options were satisfactory and that I mearly wanted a refund for the product that was not received and that I didn't like even from the trial. Again, he refused.
Let them know that I thought this was terrible customer service and that I would NOT recommend them to anyone. Of course, the careful notes I had kept regarding conversations with them were of no use, as theirs varied just enough to be in their favor and not mine. I also stated that I wanted an address to contact them through so that I might seek satisfaction through other measures. I was given Berkeley Nutracueticals PO Box 42635, Cincinatti, Ohio 45242. All the reps at customer service their were consistant, beause I had ordered off the net, no matter what the other reps might have said, a comp product was the best I could hope for.
