Does your business have a bad reputation?
Fix it the right way.
Corporate Advocacy Program™
I have never been able to talk to a live person, or leave a message. I am put on hold, and given an internet address if I want to cancel-the prerecorded message says to go online to cancel.
When I go online, the only way to cancel is on an unsecure site where I am to give my name, address, and full credit card information, including complete card number. When I will not fill-in the complete card # on this unsecured site, the program will not submit any of my message/information.
When I go to the contact link on the site, it is only for media contacts. I tried sending an e-mail on that link anyway, since it was the only available avenue. I received no response or acknowledgement of that e-mail.
Now another charge has appeared on my March statement.I do not want their product; incidentally, I have not even received anything this month, just another charge!!!!
They are crooks.

Emily if I were you I would really look into the issues regarding your company prior to commenting to them on this site. If you educate yourself about the lawsuits against your company and the complaints being posted about it you would server yourself better. Not only would you possibly see exactly how deceptive Berkeley Neutraceuticals really is, but you would come across a little more respectable. Maybe people would be more likely to take you more seriously if you were more respectful and also fully informed about your cause. Otherwise you sound like just another brain washed employee. It is sad that a company treats its employees and customers with such deception.

Re: the Enzyte lawsuit--the man took it for 8 months with the understanding that he'd become 'larger.' As you know, Enzyte formerly advertised an increase in size until Summer, 2002--the fellow in question made is purchase in late 2001. These are the grounds for the lawsuit. It was recently reported in the Cincinnati Enquirer, titled "Sex pill maker sued over claims." Look it up.
I have heard of 100% guarantees in many cases; that's what a guarantee is.

Oh--a quick update--Enzyte was just sued by a consumer because it didn't work.
And a quick consumer suggestion: check the FTC recommendations for how to deal (or not deal) with companies offering natural supplements. It's highly interesting.
Thanks!

For all of us who ordered over the internet, no one READ anything to us. And as for the comment of Managed Healthcare - it is misleading as it looks like it is addressing insurance issues.
