please everyone who keeps responding...tell me what is the deception u speak of? it isnt like we lie. we tell u upfront about managed care direct. if we dont we are fired. that is really the only thing consumers are complaining about. in rebuttal to the man who is suing about being on enzyte for 8 months and it not working for him...why might i ask would someone who is told that it is a 3 month program(meaning optimal benefits are achieved after 90 days) stay on a product longer if it didnt work within those first few months. doesnt make a lot of sense. even if he wasnt told that it was a program(most men dont ask questions they just want it as soon as possible...figures)a full color brochere is included with the free sample. clearly stated is what i have said. "90 days for optimial benefits." like i said most men dont read the literature provided unless they are as skeptical as most women. too be honest that is probably why u see more men reporting than women. people just dont seem to listen to important information. yes lucy, i have read up on my company and the pending lawsuits...some may be legitimate, but most arent. how are we to be at fault for someone staying on a program for 8 months knowing that if it doesnt work after 3 that it obviously isnt the right product for him? why, because no one told him that? its in the brochere. is it our fault that he tossed it to the side like extra stuffing in the package? no, my friends it isnt. things are changing at berkeley...people getting fired left and right for leaving out words from our disclaimer. pretty soon these reports will be lost in the praises of the better business bureau. how do i know? i talk to hundreds of people daily searching for something specific to their needs. it may be enzyte, avlimil, altovis, ect. it feels good to be able to take consumer responses and stand by our products. i, myself have not tried the products, but cannot wait to get started. it might seem as if i am just too brainwashed to see through what u say is a scam, but if it were then why would we have so many loyal customers? these customers are not stupid. they are people at their wits end trying to get away from the hassles of synthetic ingredients that cause so many unecessary side effects. i am in this business because i truely believe in the products, not because i am out to decieve the customer. like i said before i am not insulting customers i am insulting former customers with grudges because they dupped themselves and are looking for someone to blame. learn to separate the two.

Emily seems to be a very devoted employee to her company. She defends it completely. It is sad however that she isn't completely informed and she is willing to insult customers as well as consumers who are intelligent enough to do their homework before taking the plunge into a very deceptive company. She proves this because she has not informed herself about her company further than what they tell her to know about their company.

Emily if I were you I would really look into the issues regarding your company prior to commenting to them on this site. If you educate yourself about the lawsuits against your company and the complaints being posted about it you would server yourself better. Not only would you possibly see exactly how deceptive Berkeley Neutraceuticals really is, but you would come across a little more respectable. Maybe people would be more likely to take you more seriously if you were more respectful and also fully informed about your cause. Otherwise you sound like just another brain washed employee. It is sad that a company treats its employees and customers with such deception.

jason...please do u really expect that enzyte's so-called pending lawsuit could really go anywhere? its a natural supplement not a wonder drug. wow 1 of the 9% that have not had good results decided to sue. dont be so naive please. it isnt guaranteed so tell me how a person could sue? what for his 75 dollars back, because we tell the customers that full benefits occur after 3 months, so the most he is out is 75 bucks. what, did he take it for years? even then the most he is out is 500 bucks. still in small claims court if anything. now that is a controversy! "guy takes vitamin to make him get an erection and it doesnt work!" what a headline. i dont think i have ever heard of a company getting sued because the drug or herbal supplement didnt work. have u ever heard of a 100% guarantee? ridiculous, and even more naive of u to mention it. besides that stupid remark, it is very clearly stated on the website about the managed care program, and i dont know when u worked there, but if we do not say the disclamer, we are fired no questions asked. as far as the disclamer in our brocheres...99.9% percent of the time we send out a brochere, it is because the want to send a check or money order. hmmm...heres a question do they even need to read the disclamer when it comes to the MCD program? NO because they are not enrolled. the people on this website dupped themselves...they made the mistake of either not paying attention to the rep. or not reading on the website with the exception of maybe 1 or 2 that got a bad agent that didnt read it to them. the whole company cannot be faulted if they stress how important something is and then a bad rep comes in and forgets something...yeah its not completely free, but what is in life? please i think everyone needs to step into the real world for a change. anymore questions please?

I am a former employee of this company, Emily, and I must say that you're right, but only kind of. To be sure, the information is stated, but as I last noted, the information you speak of is buried both on the website and in the printed literature--CLEAR and CONSPICUOUS is what is at issue here... much like the use of "free"--there should be some statement NEXT TO the word and not at the bottom of the page... this appears in the OH Consumer Sales Practices Act--you should read it.

Oh--a quick update--Enzyte was just sued by a consumer because it didn't work.

And a quick consumer suggestion: check the FTC recommendations for how to deal (or not deal) with companies offering natural supplements. It's highly interesting.

For all of us who ordered over the internet, no one READ anything to us. And as for the comment of Managed Healthcare - it is misleading as it looks like it is addressing insurance issues.

i dont understand what the deal is with customers not comprehending this program, or the disclamers read to them. are the people in america really that focused on getting a better orgasim that they forget to listen when the rep gives u the information needed to stop a program they are automatically enrolled in? ive read up on all the reports filed about my company, and not one of the reports says that the consumer was dissatisfied with the product. they considered themselves dupped because they have a lack of hearing or reading problem. for all u second-guessers about our product...go to www.avlimil.com or www.4enzyte.com and just read. in plain english is the words MANAGED CARE DIRECT, and, NO OBLIGATION, and CALL TO CANCEL, and 7-10 DAYS SHIPPMENT WITH ARRIVE AND U WILL BE BILLED. i find it odd that so many people willingly give out their credit information without reading the BOLD print stating so much needed information. i was surprised to hear any problems from the female population on this issue considering how skeptical we all can be. every female i have spoken to was given thorough information on how to cancel the program. i even told them to call us back tomorrow since our orders were manual and the cc info was not entered immediately. so miss beth if u need any more info please dont hesitate to call 1-800-avlimil back, considering that is where u started from.
