The only catch is that I'd have to send $11.89 to this random PO Box in Kansas City to be entered. It actually looks fairly official. The form has a form number, id number, stamps, barcodes, etc. It also requests the money be sent 7 days upon receipt of the form. There is one name, which you really have to look for because of its small size, James Mallory. He is the "Authorized Prize Dealer." Very fancy.
There is no company or business name. I scanned the document for a few minutes and quickly came to realize its just some person trying to gip a few bucks from me. Scam written all over it!
Please do not fall for this!
