I paid this fraudulent company that is run by a bunch of crooked Indians $500 via Paypal to use their exclusive live health leads for my health insurance business. I never heard from them after paying them online. I called them later in the day and was informed that they were no longer accepting orders and would be refunding my money in 3-4 days. I did not receive a refund and called the merchant again. I was informed that "he" (would not tell me his name) was on the phone and would call me back. He never returned my call, which is very unprofessional of any business person.

A week and a half has passed now and I have not received a refund. I contacted the merchant today and politely informed the man who answered of the situation. He hung up on me when I was explaining it to him. I called back and he said he would call me back in 15 minutes. He never did and now I can not get anyone on the phone over there to answer. They do not even have a voice mail system in place. How unprofessional can this "business" get? Do these foreigners think that they can get away with stealing in this country?
