Axis World travel ows me and my wife 262.70 never went on a carnival 4 night cruise after lissing to a 90 min travel discount promo thing
I scheduled a trip on jan 26 04 thay cashed my ck on 11-21-03 me and my wife was looking forword to going on a cruise on oct -24 04 but then Axis world travel cancelled on me wanting to reschedule for 11-04 or they told me to wait till 2005 ..
So now I'm not gitting nothing for my tme spent nor a trip and never receved a refund
I also emailed the BBB in aug of 04 reseved a case number but on 10-24-04 i checked my cased number report showed assumed closed ??? so I made a complant again to BBB

Nothing Better To Do the owner of Axis World Travel was only an employee of Travelbridge

This is a rebuttal to the so called person named Cheryl. First of all I did work for Axis World Travel, who by the way also owes me alot of money. I was only an employee so what I do after leaving Axis World Travel is my business. It's too bad that an individual would use this forum as a personal vendetta.
Cheryl, better known as NANCY whom is the stated owner of Ocean Blue, the company that was SUPPOSED to take over Axis and make things better has done NOTHING!
There are a number of members who are extremely upset with her and Ocean Blue. Furthermore, Hallmark Travel is not in any way associated with or has any connection to Axis World Travel and has a different product.
I would suggest however anyone that has been contacted by or connected with Ocean Blue, check this company out and you will find that the stated owner is an ex-employee of Axis World Travel and is still using the same company in Florida to fulfill the travel. And of course, this was one of the reasons Axis World Travel went out of business. As to what Jennifer has to say, the owner of Axis World Travel was only an employee of Travelbridge. He was in no way an owner or associate. Get your facts straight!

I will like to add to this post with some inside information that THE SAME (ROSE) that worked for Melvin Smith at AXIS world travel is now working for HallMark Travel in Peoria. It is strange that Axis world travel goes out of business and a new company only months after open doing the same thing. But Hallmark says the have something different.
So to all that read this pleae beware of them and what jennifer posted above is TRUE, now Rose works there.

Axis World Travel was partly owned by an assoicate who was previously involved with Travelbridge.

This sounds like the other Travel Club awhile back, but people still have problems with them as well. Do some research on Travelbridge as well you will find out they are baout the same scam. That is right a scam, Travelbridge goes by a new name aztravel center. Again I urge anyone doing business with a Travel club giving the monies please do some research, Just becasue it looks good does not mean it is. To those that got scammed the free cruise at least you only lost 262.00 and not thousands more like I have seen with clubs like this or better yet scams.
It is kind of funny these two companies both were in Scottsdale.
