POSTED: Saturday, December 04, 2004I hate to say this but we all got screwed, I started on board with axis in Apirl, I should of been warned when they ( the company could not qualify for an acct with a reservation software)
yes before I came on board they did all there reservations via the internet or a actual travel agency in the east coast. I wanted to stay on board becasue I thought they had something here, I applied for the software myself under my company name, but doing reservations for them, and yes still getting a weekly check ( I was employed). I then started noticing they did not have anything different than anyone else, They would sometimes do what they call a buy down or axis would pick up parts of people trips just to make it look lower. I got realy tried of this, so I brought in thousands or resorts weeks starting in the low low low hundreds anywhere in the world
, I started looking the wholesalers that contracted airfare into hawaii, mexico, and internationaly. I basicaly brought what I put together and compaines I built repore with I had help me to service the axis members. I wanted to make this truth full as much as I can.
About late September, I got a call from there memberservices person ( yes I did not work in there office directly ) asking me if she can have all phones lines to be transfered to my lines. I told her sure, and why? she said we are moving a office and the phone system. she told me it will only be a few days. It lasted a month, and let me just add this in I did call everyday and ask her hows it coming. she kept saying "waiting on a few things". Well 2days before a full month I got concerned it was not feeling right etc. I called her again and said, is everything alright? is there something I can tell the members? etc.
She told me NO everything is FINE, we are not going anywhere, we are doing some restructuring.
2days later GONE, numbers did not work, nothing . NO ONE RETURN MY CALLS, THEY WHERE THRE WEEKS BEHIND ON PAYING ME MY SALARY. GONE.
One week later I get a call from the lady in memberserivces, she says my pay checks will be coming in the mail this week in a form of a money order.
This was 0ct sometime the end or October, I never got it, I called several more times to her pesonal cell phone and still do. saying waiting for that check, can I get the stub numbers etc.
Nothing no return calls nothing, but wait I did get through one time but I got hung up on.
SO YOU ASK HAS ANYONE DONE ANYTHING? WELL AS FAR AS I CAN SEE WITH THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF ARIZONA THEY DON'T KNOW MUCH ABOUT IT. I'M DOING MY PART AND FILING WITH THE AG ( BECAUSE IT IS COMPANY FRAUD )
visit www.bbb.com and put a complaint with them as well, Contact your credit card for that membership fee and the monies you paid for that cruise.
I will also be contacting anyone I can to see justice be served even if I don't get my money and even if you members don't get your money. But at least I might be seeing them in handcuffs.
I suggest anyone else that wants to file please contact the attorney general of arizona.
I am sorry what has happend and I don't want to see any company starting up like this.

Like I said alot of info is missing from your posting, and I would like to help you, even as far away as I am, I can still help you with your travel and try to help with your problems.
