I have translated some projects for Axxia. For the most recent 3 files, they said the 2 files were rejected but they didn't give me the proofread version as to see errors on my work. They only gave me one edited file, but not for the other translation that was "rejected"... For the last file, the third one, it was ACCEPTED. And if it wasn't, nobody told me it was rejected. And no copy of errors were commented as well.

This company owes me $1500 and it's more than 50 days now and I am not yet getting paid. This company has paid me well in previous months and I get payments on or before one month. But this time, it's too late. Worse is, after I sent the translation of the last file, they no longer sent me any email or any updates. They sent me some messages on random days, but they didn't make sense or not at all connected on the projects done.

I am working for Osmar Paz, Marta Ramos, and Lee Sanchez, and these guys were rude and inconsiderate. I no longer want to work with this company!!!

Please send the $1500 you owe me soon!!! Last option I have is to contact the collection agency that have helped me before.

Axxia Translations Not Scam

AUTHOR: Paul J - ()

POSTED: Wednesday, June 05, 2013

This might be my last post for this issue. Maybe the translation sent were really "bad" in quality. It is just for SPANISH TO ENGLISH TRANSLATION. I won't work anymore with the translators I had for Axxia Translation Projects. These reports and posts were just out of frustration and disappointments. I am not sure how scam Axxia Translation is, or maybe not at all. Thanks for giving the chance to work with you though. Sorry for the troubles I caused you. I'm retracting this report from now on.

False Accusation by Axxia Translations -- Beware of Marta Ramos of Axxia Translation

AUTHOR: Jett One - ()

POSTED: Wednesday, June 05, 2013

Finally, Miss Marta Ramos sent me message now. After a long, long time of waiting for the payments of completed projects, here they come, saying it's a bad quality work.

The only thing I have is this: they should have told me 3 days to one week after sending the files, which is what their procedures said. Now, Marta is threatening me. This is her message:

YOU STARTED THE WAR SO NOW BE READY TO BE REJECTED BY OTHER AGENCIES, YOU HORRIBLE JOB IS ON THE WAY TO THE INTERNET.

I've worked for many clients in the past 2 years. AXXIA IS THE ONLY COMPANY CONSISTENT OF TELLING ME THAT MY WORK IS HORRIBLE... They only gave me Spanish to English Translation Projects!

If they say my work is horrible, then why did they continually give me projects after those "HORRIBLE WORK"?

We've recently asked someone who worked for them before...Here was his message with regards to this issue:

I've been having more people complaining and sending me an email recently...

There is no way this company will pay me now (they didn't have the plan to do so.)

I once had an email with them. The project goes like this.. The project has 3 parts. They said something like this:

a. If the 1st part is accepted, you will continue with the 2nd Part.

b. If the 2nd part is accepted, you will continue with the 3rd Part.

c. If the 3rd part is done, we will give you more work.

After 3 days, we will tell you if the whole work is accepted or rejected.

Come on now! What is that? It's accepted, then rejected? What logic is that?
In the first place, they were planning NOT TO PAY!

FOR ALL THE TRANSLATORS AND EMPLOYEES PLANNING TO WORK FOR AXXIA TECHNICAL TRANSLATIONS, don't ever think working with them now. These reports that I have is to help others not be ripped off and be used freely by Axxia...

I will never work for them now. They said they will publish our translations... That's fine.. If the translations were bad, I will admit they were not worked on properly by the people I hired. And they are for Spanish to English translations only. I work for other languages where I consistently hired and given positive comments by clients!

THIS IS THE ONLY ISSUE I HAVE: THEY SHOULD HAVE TOLD US EARLIER THAT THE PROJECTS WERE REJECTED, NOT LETTING US WAIT FOR 50 DAYS, THEN THEY WILL SAY IT'S REJECTED!

WHAT A LAME EXCUSE!

Other companies I've worked for are so far from the style of Axxia Translations.

For the AGENCIES and TRANSLATION COMPANIES who pay on time and who do not rip off workers, KUDOS to you!

Axxia Translation Scammer, Non-Payer, Rip off Company

AUTHOR: Jett One - ()

POSTED: Tuesday, June 04, 2013

It's proven now! Many of my projects before were paid by Axxia. But recently, in the recent past months, they no longer paid.

I believed them before that my work was rejected. But not this time! The last file I sent them was worth $1500... It was accepted. Nobody told me it was rejected. They didn't even send me a proofread version or corrections for my mistakes.

They won't respond to messages for months. Now Marta Ramos sent me a message saying they won't pay me. If it was rejected, they should have told me within 3 days after sending the translation. That is the usual procedure. Now, here they come, saying they won't pay me. What a lame excuse!!!

And even the work is absolutely accepted, they still don't have the plan to pay. One translator found out that I was working for Axxia. He sent me an email and he was asking about payments. He said, Lee Sanchez promised to pay him on May 31st, 2013... But until now they don't send him messages and no payment was done.

Before, when the invoice is just about $500 to $800, they paid it. But when it reaches $1000, they make ways to deduct the amount. There were times they deducted my salary for 50% due to "bad quality"... The next one was not paid...as in 0%...

AXXIA is now a SCAMMER!!! NON-PAYER!!! USES UNPAID TRANSLATORS!!! PEMEX SHOULD BE AWARE OF THIS!!!

DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!!! VERY BAD CLIENT!
