So unfortunate and sad these days to have people like this attempt to cyber bully and lie just because they simply have nothing better to do. We are registered Members of the Choctaw Nation and very proud of our linage. If there is anything anyone can ever say about us it’s that we NEVER misrepresent what we sell. We believe in the policy.. “if you don’t love it, return itâ€Â and provide 100% money back within 30 daysâ€Â Clearly.. you can’t make everyone happy. Especially people who attempt to smear and tare down others out of jealousy or boredom. We pray.. this person gets the help they so desperately need. Should they continue their smear campaign we will have no choice but legal recourse.

The item the customer purchased IS genuine coral. We are a small business and do not accept returns for the following reasons: If someone tries on or wears a piece of our jewelry (even for a very short time) it is not resellable for sanitary purposes. We won't pass along an item previously worn to another because we believe in personal karma and that should not be passed to someone else unknowingly. This particular customer purchased our ring knowing our policy and then decided she didn't want it.
She filed a report with eBay who credited back her $ on a one time only credit, she filed a dispute with her credit card company who credited her back. And she filed a dispute with PayPal who ALSO credited her account the amount. This person received the Coral ring she purchased from us (and still owns) and 3 credits to her credit card. We advised this customer to email us the gemologist proof showing our Coral ring is not genuine.. she couldn't produce the document. And yes we are half Native Choctaw Indians, we are certified and registered and have been permission to sell our Native pieces and art!

Fake jewelry, Fake Indians

A suggestion, if these charlitans are not really Native people, they have violated the Indian arts and crafts act of 1990, a federal law which keeps non natives from selling items as native made. If they say in the auction that they are native, ask them if they are enrolled in a federally recognized tribe. If they do not answer or say no, report this to theIndian arts and crafts board at the BIA, you can google the contact info and they will be prosecuted. Fake Indians is a real problem. Fake Indian art is a bigger problem, go get em!!!
