Our company is located in Dubai and i had met Mr. Dilip when he came to Dubai in the year 2010 at International City in Dubai. since then he use to send enquiry but not taken any order, but when i got an enquriy i had asked if he can get the same from UK, he send me the Quotation which was ex stock and that was converted into order to deliver the goods he had asked advance i had given US$2000/- in the month of Sept -2012 but till now he had not deliver the goods... every time he use to give excuses as manufacture company has defaulted him so give me some time, later his mobile was switch off for some time and his son send a message that Mr. Dilip had heart problem in the month of Nov-2012 has by pass surgery and later around 15-20 days time he called and told that he will do the needful to sort out this matter...cause of the non delivery of goods my customer has cancelled the order and i had inform him. [continued below]....
Requesting UK authority to kindly look into this matter and help us to recover this amount it will be a great help.
