I went through PayPal for safety reasons but what he does is uses every excuse for why its late until the 45 days are up.
Paypal will not help you after 45 days with getting your money back as that is there rules. Must make a complaint before the 45 days or forget getting your money back. He is a very smooth talker.
He also operates "COASTAL CLEANING and MAINTENANCE" and he tries getting paid under the table for jobs so he can screw over the city of PORT ALBERNI.
This guy knows what he is doing. If you have a problem contact the Port Alberni RCMP and state that it is the same as police file #2012-11303.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS GUY.......He is a criminal.
