SEO Reputation Management at its best!

Went to Ballast Wise website to purchase their products and Bank was debited by next morning for purchase. I waited a week and called for tracking number at which time they are not operational. Apparently they are operation to take money though!

I asked them for a refund so I can purchase the product elsewhere and they told me they are not set up for refunds yet!!
