PRACTICE OF CHARGING "OVERDRAFT" FEES !
So far, Bank of Americ'a customers appear to just whine and complain. I am convinced that, if properly organized, customers who feel victimized by the infamous BoA's practice of charging "overdraft" fees have a legitimate case.
Judging by the number of posts on various consumer-related sites, there are countless thousands of us across the country and there is no attorney / law firm in his / her / its right mind who would not take such case when presented with a number of potential participants, the magnitutde of the problem, and supporting documentation.

Please, DO NOT share your stories with me. You just need to be a legitimate victim of the above-described practice and possess or be able to retrieve supporting documentation.

Even the Congress is aware of this scam: Take a look at this: http://money.cnn.com/2008/08/12/pf/raw_deal_overdraft/index.htm?cnn=yes
