i opened an online checking account with bank of america then applied for an online loan through 200 cash they charge a fee of 19.00 dollars wich was fine but then 200 charged my account again buy mistake i explained this to the bank and they claimed to fix it and did not then the bank keeps charging me a overdraft fee i opened the account with 25.00 then paid 200 cash 19.00 leaving me 6.00 now i owe over a hundred dollars in fees and the bank wont fix it or close account it is there fault that they allowed the second charge from 200 cash and admitted it i should have 6.00 in my checking and refuse to deposit my checks from work untill all charges are reversed in the mean time my overdraw charges keep going up

bank of america .... i set up accont online placed money in account had onother online company withdraw money leaving me $ 6.00 thats fine.... then the online comany charged me again (glitch) called bank of america and explained that company (200cash.com) was only to take one time fee and charged twice bank of america said they would take care of it... Well they did bank of america let it go through and chargedmy account over draft fees and is now up to ungoddley amount and has been on ripoffreport.com for a year nothing has been done and collection agencie is calling threating me with the law .....how can i get help i have no money i work at mccdonalds! this is not my mistake and i was clearly lied to by bankof america!!!!!!!!!!!!
