Two years have nearly passed due to a Class Action Lawsuit and Still no money from Bank of America After Federal Trade Commission took them to court.  Instead They got bailouts at taxpayerexpense and that Is an Outrage!

Both my husband and I had Joint and individual accounts and became victims of Identity theft.  Regardless of Identification and State issued Identy theft Passports and going into the Bank in person, we were Never repaid money that was taken out of our accounts for Internet services that were not ours.  If you are having the same issue contact Federal Trade Commission, report them to Secret Service, contact your State's Attorney General's Office and to further dig deeper into these entities download form 3949A from the IRS website and let them investigate them and all of their associates.

Fox News In Las Vegas KVVU Broadcast the news about the Class Action against Bank of America Customers who had accounts with them that had been ripped off. Fox had the forms on their Website.  You can contact them directly, Since they are the ones who had the form on their website and made the broadcast....

*Anyone can 'Google' this- RIP OFF REPORT TOYOTA MOTOR CORPORATION USA MANIPULATION, and go to Report #261157 and read what is stated in the 2nd Update to that Ripoff Report which is entitled- "SUGGESTION", right?



Here's part of what was stated in that Update on July 16th 2007:



Quote: "The Collapse has been triggered. Most have become too alienated to even see it. Just watch what happens to all those 401K's in the next few years. And watch how the Dow Jones Adjusts too."



FACT: The Dow Jones closed at 13,950 on July 16th 2007.



FACT: The Dow Jones closed at 6,547 on March 9th 2009.



FACT: That's a loss of 7,403 points in that 19 month period.



FACT: Americans have lost over a TRILLION DOLLARS of value in their 401K's since July 16th 2007.



FACT: A collapse did take place in our economy in 2008.



FACT: The collapse can be linked to the BANKING SYSTEM in the United States of America.

This report has noting to do with GM credit. We are trying to determine when and how much the OP is going to recieve from an FTC class action lawsuit against BofA regarding identity theft. Would you kindly CEASE undermining peoples reports with your unrelated nonsense.

I am a strong advocate of the 1st amendment, but you singlehandedly inspire me to advocate having it repealed.

infancy, which was posted on September 3rd 2007 when the Dow Jones was well over 13,000 points, correct?

*Anyone can go to the GM CREDIT CARD SERVICES page of Ripoff Report and read Betty's Ripoff Report (Report: #271454) that was posted on August 30th 2007, right? And anyone can read what was stated in the 1st Update to her Ripoff Report which was posted on 9-3-2007, correct?

Here's part of what was stated in that 1st Update on 9-3-2007:

Quote: "The Collapse of the U.S. economy is in its infancy. Get all of your money out of the stock market and cash in your retirement NOW!" 

Too bad the co-founders of Google and the CEO didn't 'Google' that Ripoff Report and read that Update shortly after it was posted on 9-3-2007, huh? It appears that the 3 of those men have lost over $12 BILLION in their stock that they have invested in Google, right?

*Anyone can 'Google' this- WHY GOOGLE IS NOT FEELING LUCKY, and read the cnnmoney.com article on the web. According to the article Larry Page, Sergey Brin, & Eric Schmidt, have lost a combined $12.2 BILLION dollars in stock value, correct?

If you do an internet search, which I used google for "FTC Bank of America Lawsuits", it yields 118,000 results. Apparently there are too many cases of the FTC filing class action lawsuits against this bank to determine which one applies to you.

If you have a case number or can post any more specifics, kindly do so.

This way we can see how much each plaintiff is to receive. Perhaps you will still be getting something back, but these things can take time.

You did not say anything that would help anyone find the lawsuit. Do you know, on class action, the judgement is divided by everyone in the suit? Your portion might have only been a nickle. 

You said, "Regardless of Identification and State issued Identy theft Passports"  Your real complaint is about the identity theft people, and yourself for not protecting your indentity.
