I want to review the Assignment of Mortgage that the Resolution Trust and the Office of Thrift Supervision did when they dissolved The Frist Federal Savings & Loan Association of Largo.
My husband and I first obtained our loan from The First Federal Savings & Loan Association of Largo in January of 1988. This thrift bank went into receivership in February, around the 16th of 1989.
The following financial institutions/servicer handled our loan
First Federal Savings & Loan Association; First Federal Savings & Loan; Standard Federal Savings; Unitower Mortgage; Banc Servicing Center; BankAtlantic
If anyone has an Assignment of Mortgage from any of the above S & L or server, please let me know. I want to make a comparison of the information contained on your Assignment. I want to obtain a forensic audit of my Assignment for inconsistencies and I am interested in learning if other individuals have the same concerns.
Federal Judge O'Malley in Ohio has ruled that the chain of Assignments need to be documented prior to a bank filing for foreclosure or the case will be dismissed. The securitization of the dissolved S & L is also a question for concern by .
My Adjustable Rate Note signature page is also endorsed by three different banks
Bank of North America; First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Largo; Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta.
This Adjustable Rate Note was turned into a promissory note by the signature of my husband for $117,000. This note presented to the Federal Reserve Bank would have also generated new money thereby allowing an additional $900,000 to $1,000,000 through Fractional Banking on the newly created money. There should only be one endorsement on this note. Who received the monies on the 2nd and 3rd endorsement. Clearly the Bank of North America and Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta would have benefited from this endorsement. My husband was deceased as of March 17, 1989 and would not have received monies from the 2nd & 3rd endorsement. This constitute FRAUD and a failure of the bank to disclose that additional funds would be generated on my husband signature anytime it was presented to a bank by virture of his signature.
Please take a look at your documents and study what is on these notes. There is no legal description of the property on my Assignment of Mortgage. This is a crucial piece of information that needs to be included to determine what property is in question. I am filing a suit in the Federal Court and would like to compile this information within the next 25 days. Any vieable information that you have is crucial.
If you know the whereabouts of the following individuals or if their names appear on your documents, have them respond--William L. Weaver, President of First Federal Savings and Loan Association; Carol A. Jackson, Assistant Vice President of Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta;Bertha M Peoples, Bank of North America, Attorney in Fact; witness Melanie McCready, Witness J. McFarland, attorney in fact Stephen W. Wrenn and notary Katherine S. Boucher
