My fiance and I had money that was to be transfered from a bank in Lome Togo to Barklys bank in Accra Ghana. We were told the transfer has been done. My fiance went to withdraw some of the cash and was told the money never was there after being told it was. This seems like a real rip off. We need this money to live on, to pay rent and utilities. We want to take them to court now.
