After no success with PayPal I filed a complaint with the BBB of Chicago on March 9, 2012 against Tamora Walls Consultant. The BBB contacted Tamora Walls twice with no response. On May 25,2012 the BBB gave her a rating of an F and informed me the case was closed. Low behold after the case was closed Tamora Walls submitted her response with a forged document and a pack of lies. This allowed the BBB rating to be removed until I responded. During this complaint she agreed to mediation then canceled. I submitted the original documents and informed the BBB that this business had submitted forged documents , submitted the voicemail of Tamora Walls informing me she would repay me and email that stated she did not do any work. With all the information the BBB received they closed the case on July 15,2012 and gave Tamora Walls a C rating. I spoke with Sarah Riggins and other BBB persons who simply gave me the run around in delaying and supporting Tamora Walls alleged theft. This particular BBB does not post the complaints as other BBB do only the rating and it it will only remain on file for three years when the case is closed. It is unknown how the BBB could give her a C rating when she admitted she didnt do the work ,claimed she would refund the money and submitted a forged document to support her claim. I have filed BBB complaints in the past and never seen the complaint process in this manner or rating.
