BBB of Nevada representatives claimed to be attorneys and overstepped their legal boundaries and trampled over my rights. When I caught their representative claiming to be an attorney and was not I cancelled my membership and they punished me by lowering my rating from A- to D-!!!
They use their ratings to BULLY people and businesses. They are a joke!!!
