BBG Communications/International Satellite Communications Big phone company ripped me off by not stating proper charges! San Diego California

I made three phone calls from a "BBG Pay Phone" from Cancun (Mexico) to Pittsburgh (Pennsylvania). It clearly stated on the phone that they would charge $3.00 for every six minutes spent on the phone and said nothing about any "additional" charges or any connection fees. Two of the phone calls lasted about 6 minutes and one of the calls lasted about 10 minutes. Correspondingly, I was charged $51.89, $56.88, and $71.85 to the respective phone calls. I verbally spoke with no BBG representative over the phone, and I was immediately connected with the person I was calling on the phone. Everything appeared fine because no charges were initially applied.

4 Days later these astronomical charges are filed under my debit card causing over-withdrawal fees and my bank card to be depleted and cancelled. This is unfair and criminal to trick people through charges they are unaware of. Please Help.
