Ths link is to an article on my lawsuit against bb&t. My husband died June 11,2012 and i have not received his last months's salary, vacation pay, bonus pay, stock, aflac insurance, and 401 k. Bb&t has been paying a law firm to not pay me what my husband earned. They opened 30 new branches in Houston in tje last few months. They do not deserve your business.

Going to the "Well I have nothing to defend what was asked so I am just going to accuse you of working for the company".  Well sorry to burst your bubble, but I have not and do not work for this or ANY other bank.  And if you actually look around this site you would realize how dumb your accuastion actually is.  Oh and by the way if you actually read the comments made you would realize that they are legitimate...BB&T is NOT responsible if other companies owe you money. And if your attorney is making the claim that they are..I suggest at the very least you get a second opinion.

Of course if you are somehow affraid that you are giving information to the "enemy"...then perhaps you should have thought about that before  you posted on not one but at least two PUBLIC web sites.  Which if the lawyers BB&T paid are earning their money have definatly already seen well before I posted.

Okay first off I am sorry for the loss of your Husband.

I actually read the article, but quite frankly the site you posted it on with their ads, pop-ups and full page ads that make your article almost unreadable.  Next, this site appears to accept articles from just about anyone for any reason(they boast over 100,000 contributors) and this may actually devalue the facts of your article as it seems to be posted under "Relationship Advise".

The real question is most of these things you are complaining about are things that would be delt with in his Estate and may not even be BB&T's issue.

For example you say they did not give you the AFLAC insurance, well AFLAC is a separate company and if he had a policy that named you as a beneficiary and was covered, it is AFLAC that needs to give you the money not BB&T.  Basically the same goes for the 401K and Stock.  I don't know if BB&T manages their 401K but most likely they do not.  Which if that is the case it is the administrtor of the 401K that would have to dispurse the money to the listed beneficiary.

The only thing it looks like you may have a case on with BB&T is the salary, bonus, and vacation.  But again even this may be an Estate issue.  So going after them for the other items brings doubt into your claims and wonder what else may be going on.  What reasons did your attorney say that they are liable for things such as the Aflac insurance?
