I found an electronic check for $29.95 from BBU Services in Silver Springs, NV on my checking account. This was not a purchase I made.The checkhad my name, butthe wrong address. I filed a police report and an affidavit with my bank. I looked online and I see this is happening to alot of people. I ordered checks online from Walmart.com a couple of weeks before this happened. Mychecking accountis with Regions Bank. Walmart.com used Bank of America for the transaction of ordering checks and this fraudulent checkwas alsocashed atBank of America. I was wondering if anyone else had ordered checks recently and if this is where someone is getting our account numbers.

This person is NOT in the wrong place. Before you go off on other consumers in reference to posting. Learn to spell for one, learn to read what the post is about. He or she is complaining about a recent scam report, against someone in silver springs NV that is randomly writing counterfeit checks and stealing money from people! shut up and stop telling other people where to post. He or she posted in the proper place now GTFO!
