BC Alberta Movers Delivery Issues...Poor Customer Service...not willing to pay Compensation Abbotsford, British Columbia

I have booked my move with BC Alberta Mover and my move date was 17 November but on the day of move the Dispatcher suppose to come between 12 am and 2 pm but he does not show up at time and he arrived at 7 pm and ha gave the reason that he called me on the same day of pick up and I didnot pick up the phone although I was being informed that he suppose to call me one day earlier and even the Booker of my move Shari accept that mistake that he suppose to call one day earlier and after that he suppose to deliver my suff on 18 November and he didnot show up on 18. because he inform me that there is some issue in his truck. then he come on November 20 after 2 days and even on November 20 he told me he will come at 9 am but he didnot show up at 9 am and when i called him he said i will come at 11 am. although he arrived in Edmonton 3am in the night that is what he informed me he should come to my hpuse first thong in the morning but he didnot do that .even i informed him that he can come any time.

When I called moving company on 19 November to speak with their Manager Derek that why don't u send another truck to pick up my stuff because I do t have anything with me and I have a 2 year old daughter and I need her clothes but instead of apologizing he called me MEAN and he was rude o me and he hang up the phone on me. When the truck got broken I called the moving company and told them why don't u send another truck so that my stuff can come. at time I even asked them that u don't even have any contingency plan if something like this happen because in that weather condition any thing can be happened and u have to prepare for that but instead og accepting their mistake they were rude on me. And some my food stuff got rotten due to standing in the truck for 2 days. And now when I m asking for compensation that give half of the amount they are not willing to do that although they have breach the contract.
