I received BCA Recovery LLC's contact information through an e-mail stating that they would be able to recover money that I was scammed out of by 2 companies. My name was on a list of several people that were scammed by these 2 companies.

I contacted BCA and spoke with Joseph Belleme he assured me that he would recover my money and the fee was 50% of the recovery. After a couple of months of working with my credit card company he was able to obtain a temporary credit while the transaction was being investigated. He again assured me that the credit would become permanent after a month. I paid him his 50% ($6,232.50) and I thought that my receiving 50% was better than nothing especially on a 17.9% interest rate credit card.

After 2 months I received notice from the credit card company that the credit was being reversed and there was not enough evidence for a refund.

I then contacted BCA to let them know the credit was not being honored and was told that this happens all the time and they would take care of it.

Another 2 months passes and the credit card company yet again notifies me that the charges will be put back on the card including all interest accrued.

I again contact BCA but there is no response to phone calls, or e-mails. Next I find that they have disconnected all forms of communication and have disappeared.

Michael Cooper owns FIAD Card Services Scam now

AUTHOR: SSalley - (USA)

POSTED: Friday, August 17, 2012

He scammed me too as soon as the credit card company re-billed my account, they did nothing to help me but took their fee as soon as it was credited. :-( The credit card company wont help me because I signed the contract with them giving them permission to take payment but I thought it wasn't until I got my money back. I was wrong. Not only did I lose $10,000 to begin with, I lost another $5000 to BCA Recovery and Michael Cooper scam.

If you want to reach him here is his new business website http://www.fiadservices.com/ 800-753-6724

I am filing a complaint with the Florida Attorney General and the Attorney General office in my state. You should do the same or anyone who has been scammed by FIAD Card Services, BCA Recovery or any other names he uses to scam people. He needs to be stopped. I think getting scammed once was enough.
