I had my vehicle repaired by CSI, When I finally got the vehicle back from being repaired."2 months after the date they promised." I drove it off the lot and it didn't feel the same, Then I got on Hwy 6, when I went to slow down for my turn and pressed on the brakes the veichle starting shaking.
When I turn corners I hear a grinding like sound, it felt like something was grinding real loud. When I called the manager of the shop "CSI" to inform them of the situation. The manager told me that the veichle was inspected and was in good condition and then they told me that there work is done by computers and machines that are 99.9 accurate.
I couldn't belive he made that statement to me. I had to pay a $500 deductable that I owned Bear Creek Collision Specialist, I informed them if they did not fix the problem I would put a stop payment on the check. They said they would not fix it and I ended up paying over $1500 additional for work to be done on my veichle.
One year later, yes 1 year later. They hired a investator that was watching me for a year and towed my veichle at 4:30 am from my home, and the person that towed it said it ill be over $2,000 to redeem my veichle. Bear Creek CSI placed a mechanic lein on my vehicle and no one as ever attempted to reach me regarding this issue.
If you are ever in a wreck PLEASE PLEASE for your sake do not have your car towed to CSI Collision Center on HWY 6 North. Any one that reads this with a complaint about this shop please help me spread the word about this very poorly run and dishonest so called body shop. Anyone that would take advantage of a elderly widowed woman should should be very ashamed of them selves. God bless everyone especially the owner and employees of CSI You will need it!!

I was a wreck to say the least after I had gotten in my wreck. I did not know the first thing of what I was going to do. I just knew that I needed help and within 10 minutes of being in the wreck Jersey Mike showed up and talked to me and calmed me down. I was so confused and I did not understand how a teenager that was uninsured (he hit me) could just not care about the damage he had done to my vehicle. Jersey stayed with me until the police showed up as well as made talked me through my frustrations. Jersey also organized and got the Hertz lady to hold a car for me even though they were closed. He offered to take me and my car to CSI and then from there Trey took over! Not only was he reassuring that it would be okay, but that it could be repaired. They kept my car for one week since there was extensive damage and not only repaired it, but made it look like brand new. While working on my car they answered all of my questions, took care of the insurance claim as well as made me feel like a valued customer! Upon, getting my 2008 escape back I was so PLEASED to see that they were true to their word and fixed everything. John Nebel (the man who repaired everything) took the time to go over the warranty, as well as show me everything that they repaired and replaced. From the time of the wreck to the time I picked up my car...CSI collision had the utmost AMAZING SERVICE!!!! I am so happy my car is fixed and pray that I don't get in another wreck, but if I did then I would be going to CSI collision...because they not only did the job right, but really care about the clients they serve!!!!!!!

Just got my Toyota Camry back from Bear Creek CSI and my experience was wonderful considering the circumstances. I dropped off my vehicle, got put into a rental car from Hertz (which has an office at the facility) and I was updated often about my repair status. Looks like they just updated their office and it was beautiful - a really big shop too - which you can't really tell from the street. Just thought I would share my great experience. When a business goes out of their way to treat their customers right they deserve the proverbial pat-on-the-back.

CSI and I have been doing business for almost 20 years. At no time have I had any BAD experience with CSI. From George, his son, to the painters they have always been up front with cost, date of delivery and over all workmanship. I have given out Bear Creek Collision's number many times to friends and others and will keep doing that.
I appreciate the way that Bear Creek Collision kept on top of my truck while it was under their care. I plan to keep using them, and keep telling my friends to use them.

Bear Creek Collision CSI: RipOff - NO WAY! .. HUGE BLESSING to us!
Our experience with CSI was amazingly great! The service they provided us FAR exceeding our expectations for quality and price, and the staff did a great job of communicating with us. We will definitely use Bear Creek CSI - and highly recommend them - to anyone needing collision repairs.
Story: Our car was rear-ended and the bumper and rear end were pretty well messed up. I was immediately impressed at how thorough the staff at Bear Creek CSI was in assessing the damage. They took more time and studied things in MUCH greater detail than others I took it too. I was MOST impressed though with how they educated me about the entire process of getting my car repaired. I learned a lot of things I didn't know about repairs, insurance handling, and options on what I could choose not to repair.
Bear Creek Collision helped arrange all the details and they were able to show the insurance company hidden damage that the insurance company adjuster had not seen. The insurance company agreed and paid additional funds to get everything fixed.
While the car was being fixed, the staff did a great job of communicating with us and let us know the status regularly. When we got the car back we couldn't believe it! It was amazing what beautiful work they did. We were especially amazed because we decided NOT to have everything fixed. We were hurting financially and chose to keep as much of the insurance money as possible - and live with a few dents. Everyone was in awe at how great the car looked when we got it back.
Kudos & much thanks to Bear Creek Collision CSI on Hwy 6 North. Our experience was soooo far from what is described in the original report we are amazed. We highly recommend them!

I have been a customer of Bear Creek Collision Specialist for over 10 years. I always get excellent customer service from them, they go the extra mile whether staying late or dropping me off and picking me up. Before I took my car to Bear Creek Collision Specialist, I used to take my car to the dealership, but once I tried Bear Creek Collision I never went to a dealership again! Bear Creek CSI customer service is second to none!

I have attempted to find out who "Edna" is, as she may have us confused with another body shop along Highway 6 North. We warranty our work and have not had to repossess a vehicle in well over 5 years. We welcome anyone who has problems with the work that we do to come to our office so that we may remedy the situation. I cannot find this customer in our database and encourage her to come to the shop if she is dissatisfied in anyway.
Bear Creek Collision Specialist, Inc. has been in the Bear Creek area of West Houston for over 25 years, has been a member in good standing of the Better Business Bureau for over 10 years, an active member of the community Rotary Club and have given thousands of dollars to community schools and organizations. We care for our customers and community and encourage any legitimate issues.
