First off, they are currently being investigated by the multiple agencies into there illegal out of state (Mass) practices, out of a hotel called "The Wyndham hotel" and act as a "cab service" and a local company which they are not. They use local numbers which ring in New Hampshire and dispatched from New Hampshire. They are NOT LICENSED to operate as a cab company and this CAN BE VERIFIED BY CALLING THE ANDOVER POLICE DEPT AND THE NORTH ANDOVER POLICE DEPARTMENT ! I used this rogue company one time, until a driver showed up late, intoxicated on something, making me miss my flight out of Logan Airport In Boston. I checked online to see if there have been any other complaints about this un-professional company after I complained to the owner of the company who told me if I wasnt happy I had the choice to go somewhere else ! The car that showed up didnt even look worthy of a cab and was a piece of crap and honestly, I could believe it was even on the road. I smelled a burning electrical smell along with exhaust which was somehow coming through the floor boards ! Make sure your life insurance policy is current before you use this company and that you have plenty of time to hang out at the airport if you miss your flight like I did ! Good Luck. Hopefully this complaint might save you a nightmare !
