This place is SOOOOO HORRIBLE TO GO TO! First Mery that is the owner calls my phone off the hook saying I got approved for this car i was looking at. So I ended up going down there with my car that I was going to trade in and traded it in for a Honda Civic 2002. So we did the paper work and drove home the new car. She calls me on monday and says to come back because the contract that she had written up she wrote the wrong vin number down, so i go down there and she writes another contract up and in both contracts she wrote I gave her 1500.00 cash. NOT MY TRADE IN! So she calls me back Wednesday and says that I didnt get approved which i understand their could be errors. BUT she didnt want to give me my car back! Because they started fixing it up and all they said that we must give them MONEY to get our car back. SO we said no, WE WANT 1500.00 or MY CAR back. So they were saying NOOOOOOO We GIVE YOU 1000.00 for car! I said NO, I WANT 1500.00 PER CONTRACT and THE VALUE OF IT. SHE SAID NO, I Give you 1250.00 so WE AGREEED After FRUSTRATION AND EXAUSTION....AND said fine meet us mind you its FRIDAY at my house and have CASH. He came with 1200.00 dollars and counted it to us and got into the car and SAID "I AINT GIVING YOU ANOTHER PENNY, F--K YOU! We were so shocked and upset. HOW COULD PPL Do ppl like that? But Its okay, the Action News is SURELY GOING DOWN there and PUTTING THEM ON BLAST. THEN I reported them to the DMV, COMPLAINANCE DEALER ENFORCEMENT and investigator is going to be going to take care of them. Not to mention the BBB, now a days ppl dont want to be reported to them.......

FALSE DRIVERS LICENSE? OK, I AM FROM THE UNITED STATES, BORN AND RAISED THRU A ARMY FAMILY ALL MY LIFE, AND I NEVER HAD A DRIVERS LICENSE, YOU KNEW THIS MERY. ON YOUR WEBSITE AND CRAIGSLIST IT SAYS "BRING YOUR STATE ID", NOW THIS STILL DOESNT EXCUSE YOU and YOUR HUSBASND THAT RAN OFF WITH MY MONEY. YOU TOOK MY INFO AND MADE COPIES. IN ANY CASE DO NOT GO TO THIS CAR LOT. THEY HAVE FILTHY ANIMALS RUNNING AROUND THEIR OFFICE. THEY HAVE FOOD ALL OVER THE PLACE. IT SMELLS LIKE SPOILED CURRY. Hello , I am Mary owner of BEST AUTO TRADER . This customer provide false driver license in order to get the car . After one week loan company find out the fraud happened and they canceled the deal . She did not have driver license for six years due to lots of not pay tickets .However she did not want to bring back the car .Even though we have all right to get legal action , We try to get back car nicely .we pay even more for her trade car by her house (we already spent $1000 to fix her very bad condition trade car and she did not want to pay for that ) .We have all documents in my office to prove to anyone wants to search her false statement .unfortunately we can not help her with false driver license to get the loan .We are BBB member and very honest dealer with very good reputation. This review start in goggle map and after we provide the document to goggle map they remove her false review .we just sale quality cars at reasonable price we do our best to keep our customers happy .Thank you for reading my answer.
