BEST BUY BEST BUY STOLE 42,957 reward zone points TACOMA, Washington

Best Buy reward zone program seems great but when you get to many points they deduct it from your account I spent over 30k at Best Buy in 3 weeks peroid They were both Private Silver members with gives you 3x point or 4x points for you purchases Well someone in corporate decided to deduct my bonous points from my account even though it is documented that I spent that amount of moeys there They even posted it to my account thern deducted it 3 days later with no explanation I spoke to the Reward Zone dept and they said the matter is not open for dicussion and the case is closed Why post it to my account and then deduct it ? Looks like if you have too many points they will not give it to you This is why Best Buy is going out of business and they will Come up with a loyalty program and then not deliver
