BEST RATE REFERRALS BEWARE Best Rate Referral I am being threatened after I get ripped off by Best Rate Referral Las Vegas, Nevada

I ask for a refund for close to 60 days.
after not getting the 50 leads that I signed up for.
I then get a particial refund and Best Rate tells me that is the best they can do.
I tell them I am going to file a complaint about this....I am told go ahead.
Then I get this email.....
AGAIN STAY AWAY. All they had to do is return ALL of my money. I am not here to give somebody $700 bucks, then they don't provide any leads, chase them for 60 days, and then gt a partical refund...
Free Rate Update does a great job. I used them before and after. I like to have 2 good companies in case one goes out of biz. JUST BEWARE.
READ the email below and ask yourself if you really want to do business with this company. In my book a dollar is a dollar, if you can't step up and provide the service, give the dollar back, your not entitled to it.........Just read and you decide on who you buy from

After getting a refund from our company are not professional and need to stop. You bought a batch of leads and after not getting volume you wanted we refunded you. not sure what else you wanted from us but your actions after the refund are not considered professional and further more, will result in retaliation of your brand and name in your line of work. You have no reason to discredit ac ompany that gave you your money back when the other 90% of marketing firms would have told you to piss off or wait for leads.... we did neither of those in fact we gave you a refund for your balance as soon as you asked for it. That in my opinion is good business practice and in business I know there is always that one jacka** that doesnt get it, but I also know in business that both companies in this situation can be discredited and it will go both ways if you continue your childishness....however I can tell you this, saying that we RIPped you off when in fact we gave you a refund is Slanderous and can result in a law suit against you. Now i know sueing you wont amount to shit since your broke a** is crying over a few hundred bucks (that once a gain you were refunded) but I will def get liens against you if I need to just for principle of it...
You got your money back, stop whining and posting stuff online in slanderous manor, if it does not stop, you will have a hell of a lot more headaches than that few hundred would have cost you even if we would have kept your money, which WE DID NOT!!!
GROW UP, or you will have a tough time writing loans moving forward when people search your name...that i promise you!!!

We have no record of this client requesting a refund for over 60 days. If he did, we would have refunded him immediately. The client first stated to his account manager they he wanted to switch the funds from the internet leads to another product. The account manager worked with the client to do so, and after weeks of back and forth, the client finally requested a refund. We refunded him everything less the leads he received ($65 worth). So, in essence this client did receive a refund and no "rip off" was ever committed. This site is intended for companies that truly are scams and rip people off.
