As the owner of a company that was registered in 8/1/2012 with final approval 8/7/2012 with the Arizona Corporation Commission we are a company that assist consumers by any and all legal means if they felt like their have been alleged acts of Consumer Fraud. With NO complaints at all whatsoever. We provide free services to assist and provide within the best of our ability to direct consumers in the proper avenues and agencies in which they may file a complaint.
We were contacted by Catherine Ralls who was rude and made allegations of our company being "reloaders" in which we are not! We have no complaints, we make no false promises of anything. We have consumers who've lost (in their words) anywhere from $1,000 to over $100,000 that we make a very conscious and tired effort to assist them. Being their creditors do not disclose what correct dispute codes or information to enter, what if any and all notes would assist them. Most people are being targeted for work-at-home alleged scams when services are not being provide or not as described. They money has been invested with no returns as promised and dissappear off the face of the earth.
How do we have an F rating with NO complaints? Appears odd right! But if you Google ABC 20/20 news investigative report on how the BBB operates you'd have a change of heart of what they decide to list on a company. A terrorist organization gets an A rating, we try to help people with no complaints and get an F rating which has changed 3 times, with us going back and forth with them. The BBB is not a government agency which may assist you with Consumer Fraud it is the Attorney General and the Federal Trade Commission.

BBB is a Scam!

This company is under investigation with the FTC and secret service.. This company has almost 200 complaints pages and pages of fraud alerts on the bbb... the GD bbb gives them an A+rating for doing such a good job of ripping people off... Monica Russo is a Fraud Reporter... the bbb is a total scam no matter what chapter!!! Brian Ross is looking into this as we speak... Do like we did we have an F-rating but we have the vidoes about the bbb and now that this chapter in california just got shut down then everyone agrees that the bbb is not a company you can trust!
