I have not received the product that I ordered in the middle of SEPTEMBER, and it is now the beginning of NOVEMBER. Still no product after multiple requests and e-mails on my part, and errors on their part. 

Never, ever do business with this company. TJ Petrie is a liar and a cheat. There has been no response to my last 3 e-mails. You can read below for yourself. 

After I got the invoice, I saw on the invoice that there was nowhere indicating where I should pick up the order. I had assumed since it let me order the product for pickup that there was a location in my area, but TJ let me know that there was not a pickup location in my area.  My e-mails are in bold, their responses in italics. The only information I have removed is my personal information.

Any news on that shipping quote? I'm really hoping to expedite this -process. I would love to order from you guys in the future, but I need things to be a little more prompt. As I mentioned before, my credit card has already been charged, and I have not gotten any information on how I am to receive this product. Please advise.

I would really like to know the status of this order. I am extremely disappointing in your customer service so far. I shouldn't have to ask the same question multiple times in order to get a clear, concise answer in a timely manner.

Does it usually take two weeks for your orders to arrive at their intended destination? I'm really hoping I don't have to call my credit card company and dispute the charges. May I ask who your supplier is so I can order directly from them in the future?

I would really appreciate a prompt response. If I do not hear back from someone soon, I will be calling my credit card company as well as posting my opinion of your business on the Better Business Bureau as well as scam.com, scam checker, rip off report, and scam adviser websites. I was really looking forward to working with you guys, your prices are fair and you seemed like you really knew your stuff, but I have totally lost faith in the integrity of your company. All I want is the product I ordered over a month ago.

I am not sure what is going on.  I have been out of the office handling a family emergency.  I am almost certain that your order was shipped.  I am going to talk to my guys in the shop tomorrow and figure it out.  Worst case I will just send you out another box while I figure out what has happened.  Thank you for your patience.  I will be in touch tomorrow.

Best I can come up with at this point is the sales ticket is filed away as complete.  I cannot find tracking info for the order.  I suspect there was a mistake made on our end.  I have another box prepared for Fedex pick up.  If by chance another box does arrive...just keep it for your troubles.  Thanks again for being patient.
