Got a loan from BHM financial for 21,600.00 for a mortgage loan ....big mistake!
They charged us ridiculous fees of 1600 legal plus plus plus of the top of the loan.
We then were told it is an interest only payment we were paying and when asked if you have to renew the loan, was told a 150.00 fee would be charged. The time came that we thought we could pay the loan off but could not , they then tacked on a $3,000.00 renewal fee!! our payments were 504.00 a month to which increased to 574.00 ... with no further communication they continued to take the month fee , and added $3,000.00 yearly. We are now in the position where our bank will pay out these crooks , but now the banks legal department can only find a title on some Boruch Oberlander and not BHM financial!!!! so they cannot pay out the mortgage unless they pay it to this person!! What happens next ... i'll keep you all posted!!

This is not a rebuttal from BHM Financial ... I am the consumer that got the loan through them. As on the most part I was very satisfied with the help i got through this company I however was not aware of the renewal fee , that was very high. However , BHM Financial did make amends and refunded me a satisfactory amount of money. I am grateful for the loan they provided me with at the time and was aware of the high interest, but not the high renewal fee. I just recommend that you ask questions on renewal fees and make sure you know what you are signing for. We do now have the loan paid off and our home back in our name. All in all I would say it was a good experience, as no one would give us the loan that they provided us with!!

BHM Financial Group is a car title lender not a mortgage firm.

BHM Financial manages loans for some private lenders, that is why the mortgage was registered under an individual name.
