THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER! This company wasn't helpful and they were very rude. After making my final payment on furniture in layaway they informed me that the furniture I just finished paying for is no longer in stock and they no longer offer it. I was fine with that I was willing to find other sofas that interest me. So I began to walk the showroom with an associate who was helpful and willing to help but we couldnt find anything in my price range that I liked. I began to get frustrated and just asked for a refund. The associate stated that they do not offer cash refunds and that he will ask the manager if he could do so. Later another man approached me and tried to get me to leave with furniture that looked very cheap and tacky. I advised him that I do not like any of these and insisted that I pay more to get something I liked. I informed him that I was not paying more because it was already hard enough for me to pay off the furniture I wanted. He began to get rude so I asked if I could speak with a manager about getting a refund. The so called manager was very rude and one could tell that he was no going to budge and give me a refund. The situation escalated from there and the manager accused me of hitting him which is a lie when I only touched his desk. The manager called the security guard and they informed me I couldn't come back. So now I am out of almost $550 and I still have no furniture. The manager I spoke with informed me that it would take 6 weeks for me to get furniture and I told them I didn't want to wait that long. In the end I have no furniture in my apartment for Christmas and I do not know when this matter will be resolved. I am very hurt and upset that this company would take advantage of me like that.
