In May of this year the diamond solitare fell out of the ring, I did not notice it till it was gone. I contacted Bidz.com in May and I just now got a reply from them after several emails. They will not replace the stone or my money, they will repair it for a fee of at least $150.00.
I also bought another ring from them that was not quite as expensivive, and the stone fell out of it as well.
The quaulity of their products are not good.
