So Here it is:
I ordered this new HCG diet drops for the same reason everyone else did. I ordered the package that was on sale for 2 bottles, with a hoodia bottle, and it said free shipping on it too! So I thought awesome, and ordered that, when I filled everything out, and checked off free shipping because it was over $100 and the current deal. It said it was confirmed, but charged me 161$ on my credit card. It was 100$ for the deal, plus 20$ for taxes because I am in Canada, but they charged me 30$ for Fast-shipping when I checked off the Free-shipping option!
I was obviously not happy at all, I am a student so I was already not happy to pay over a $100! So I was very unhappy and tried calling their 1-800 number, left a message with the Rita person who's voicemail is the only way to get anything. And NEVER got a call back. The order was on Jan.28 by the way.
By Feb.7 I was really mad, it still always went to her voicemail, so I started pressing other options on the phone to get someone and would get hung up on.
Then I sent an email. They finally responded, I said CLEARLY "I am very annoyed at the customer service, no one is returning my calls, I was over charged when I wanted FREE SHIPPING and was charged $30 for shipping anyway! AND it was now Feb. 12 and NO PACKAGE," I clearly BOLDED " DO NOT SEND A NEW PACKAGE PLEASE JUST REFUND!!!!" Now instead of listening, I got a response saying a new shipment was just being sent out! And I got really frustrated! I did not want the package anymore and made that clear and they shipped me a new package anyway, so I sent another email saying how annoyed I was that I clearly said I did NOT want another package and to refund me immediately because it is way over due and they are screwing up!
The response was that they could not refund me until they recieve the package back. That was it, they said I had to return the package. So on FEB.17 (According to their tracking number) It was mailed out by them, this response was on Feb.16 Which means they didn't even send it yet!
So I waited for the package, and when it came on March. 2 (friday) I Crossed out my address put RTS (return to sender) and wrote in big black letters on the back "REFUND" and sent it back.
When I sent them another email saying that I returned the package that way, and wanted my refund it was around March. 9, I got a response saying I had to have an RMA #, now I was very pissed off! I did not even know what that was, it was NOT MENTIONED in any previous emails and I flipped, I told her it was her mistake, they did not tell me that, and they have sent me in circles so that they don't have to refund me and I want my money back. And Never got a response.
I called the 1-800 number again, and went to ordering this time, finally got someone on the other end! Told her what happened, and she said she couldn't help me and the manager on duty was on a conference call and could help me but would have to call me back. I told her that no body has called me back yet, and I did not believe her, and she said well he is busy and there is nothing she can do. So I said fine....HE NEVER CALLED!
I have not heard anything, and they should have my package back now! It is so frustrating that they have a 45 day 100% money back gaurantee yet DO NOT FOLLOW IT!!!
So this is my report, I have yet to call again but I don't think I will get ANY KIND of responses from them! And am now out $161 because of a piece of sh*t company that does not believe in customer satisfaction AT ALL!
