Went back to small claims court on Tuesday 09/13/2011 Michael agreed to a payment plan and submitted papers to the court showing that all the accounts and assets from BLB are frozen due to a TAX LEIN. Bridgette (wife) Did not show up so filed contempt of court papers on her. Michael said Bridgette signed the company over to him Court said too bad she is still liable because she was a part owner when the judgement was granted Smart Guy!! Michael asked the court to make me quit posting on the internet 1st amendment Freedom of Speech I have not posted one thing on this site that isnt true. Thats why we were in court DUH Smart Guy. Anyway Michael signed on the payment plan when his money is released I will be paid in full. So I will keep all of you that were Rippedoff on the progress of this adventure.
