On top of it..the battery on each cigg really dies so quickly. A few puffs and you have to change it out. There are many other alternatives out there, and I will choose one. I wish they were more descriptive and that they cared about making all customers happy , not just the online customers. I did not want my money back...I wanted the premium pack instead of what I bought. They could have accommodated me somehow..but they chose not to. They rather people find out that they should purchase products elsewhere. I wish someone from Blucigs would see this and respond to fix my issue. Maybe their premium pack is better, but perhaps I will never know. I called customer care on 2/3/2012, and that is when it unfolded. At this point I am disgusted.
