Blue Haven advertises 15' x 30' x 5' max (gunite) "smartpool" for only $17,995. Fine print excludes local code requirements, soil, access, grading, deck, & electric.

Bottom-line stated by saleman: "we cannot construct you a pool for 17,995." "Basic dirtwork is part of concrete decking cost". Minimum pool cost offered (without spa) was over $29k.
