| Total Enhanced Services Billing Inc 16.00 I never signed up for this service. They used my roomate's name and Hotmail to enroll me. My roomate is not on my AT&T account. I got charges refunded, and had to ask AT&T to block all third party billing from my account. They allow it since they say it is an FCC ruling that they have to allow this. |
